At SEARVA, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used cookware cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons

 

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling may not be accepted for return.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

 

  • Items damaged due to misuse, overheating, or improper care

  • Items returned outside the stated return period

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

 

 

3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)


Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

 

4. Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs otherwise customers are responsible for shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

 

 

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

 

 

 

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

 

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including return shipping, where applicable)

 

 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

 

 

8. Warranty Claims

Refunds or replacements related to manufacturing defects may be covered under our 3-year limited warranty.

 

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered.

 

 

9. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or defective goods.

 

 

10. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
