Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@searva.com.au with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and assist you.

Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
